Blake Williams, CEO of Ampfactor, is coming to the summit!

Blake believes most companies are leaving a ton of unmonetized revenue, influence, and LTV on the table, and he’s bullish that Nearbound GTM is the solution.

To win or not to win, there is no shortcut

To win a market, you have to be part of that market.

You have to be known in that market.

You have to be trusted in that market.

Partners can’t do all the work for you. They can help, but it’s up to you to build your presence in that market.

There’s no shortcut or hack around it.

24 hours later, the event was full

You decide you’re going to host an event, you pull in some partners, and the dread sets in — now you have to fill the event.

Logan Lyles and his team at Teamwork wanted to host an event for their partners and customers during Inbound.

24 hours after registration went live, they were past full.

Here’s how they did it:

  1. Invested in long-term relationships. Over time Logan formed a relationship with Nicole Pereira, an agency owner and solution partner for Teamwork.

  2. Social and email promotion. The team posted on LinkedIn and shared the news through their owned channels.

  3. Logan tapped in his network. Logan knew Nicole was plugged into the audience he was trying to reach so he asked her to share the news. (Bonus tip: He made it super easy for her to share.)

  4. Let the network work its magic. Nicole wanted to help. She shared the news on LinkedIn and then went to a private Facebook group and dropped the info there. That private group was the difference between good registration and great registration.

Nice job Logan and team on running that Nearbound play!

Gen Zers trust influencers HOW much?!

A new research report shows:

The shares of Gen Zers and millennials who said they trust social media influencers grew from 51% in 2019 to 61% in 2023

Trust is a commodity.

While businesses and institutions seem to be losing trust by the day, influencers are building it up.

Another sign we’ve entered the “who” economy.
